Are you certified to build ABDM-integrated platforms? +
Yes. Our team has hands-on experience with the NHA's ABDM sandbox and production environments, including ABHA creation, Health Locker linkage, HIU/HIP registration, and consent manager integration. We stay current with every NHA technical circular and API update.
Can you migrate data from our existing HIS without disrupting operations? +
Yes, and we've done it dozens of times. Our approach uses a phased parallel-run strategy: the new system runs alongside the existing one until the clinical team is confident, at which point we do a clean cutover. All historical patient data is migrated, validated, and reconciled before go-live — nothing is lost.
How do you handle patient data privacy under the DPDP Act? +
We implement a privacy-by-design architecture — purpose limitation, data minimisation, explicit consent collection, and automated data retention policies are built into the platform from day one. We maintain a data flow map and can provide it for regulatory review. All health data is stored in India (AWS ap-south-1) with AES-256 encryption at rest.
Do you integrate with diagnostic labs and radiology systems? +
Yes. We've integrated with major diagnostic chains including SRL, Metropolis, and Dr. Lal PathLabs, as well as proprietary LIMS systems and PACS/RIS platforms for radiology. Integration is typically via HL7 ORU messages or REST APIs depending on the lab's technical capability.
What ongoing support do you provide after go-live? +
