What We Build

Digital manufacturing
solutions that work on the floor

Software designed not just for plant managers and analysts — but for operators who interact with it in gloves, on tablets, at the machine.

Manufacturing Execution System

Real-time production order tracking, work-in-progress visibility, shift management, and digital work instructions — replacing paper-based processes with live data flows across all production lines.

Build Your MES

OEE Monitoring & Analytics

Availability, Performance, and Quality tracked in real time from machine sensors and operator inputs — with Pareto analysis of downtime causes, shift comparison, and trend forecasting.

Monitor Your OEE

Predictive Maintenance

ML models trained on vibration, temperature, and current data from your machines — predicting failure windows days in advance so maintenance can be scheduled before the breakdown happens.

Reduce Breakdowns

Production Analytics Platform

Multi-plant dashboards, production vs. target tracking, material consumption analytics, and custom KPI reporting — accessible by plant managers, operations directors, and the C-suite in one system.

Build Your Dashboard

IoT & SCADA Integration

Connecting PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial IoT sensors to your digital layer — via OPC-UA, MQTT, and Modbus protocols — with data normalisation, buffering, and edge processing.

Connect Your Machines

Quality Management System

In-process quality checkpoints, SPC charts, non-conformance tracking, CAPA workflows, and customer complaint management — integrated directly into production flow.

Improve Quality Control

Manufacturing challenges
we solve every time

01

No Visibility Between Shift Handovers

Critical production context gets lost between shifts. We replace verbal handover with structured digital shift logs, machine status snapshots, and pending issue queues that the next operator sees instantly.

02

Reactive Maintenance Destroying Schedules

Unexpected breakdowns disrupt production plans, delay orders, and generate emergency costs. Our predictive models give you a 48–96 hour warning window so maintenance happens on your terms.

03

Data Trapped in Silos — ERP, MES, SCADA

Your SAP has order data, your MES has production data, and your SCADA has machine data — and they don't talk to each other. We build the integration layer that unifies all three into one coherent view.

04

Paper-Based Quality Records

Paper checklists take hours to aggregate, miss deviations in real time, and create audit liability. We digitise inspection workflows so quality data is captured at the point of production, not at the end of shift.

How we build for shop floor reality

Designed for low-connectivity environments — our shop floor apps work offline and sync when network is restored, so a WiFi dead zone doesn't stop production data capture.
Hardware-agnostic IoT layer — we connect to Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, and custom PLCs using OPC-UA and MQTT without needing to replace existing equipment.
Role-based UX for operators vs. managers — operators see a simplified touchscreen interface; plant managers see analytics; directors see multi-plant KPIs. One system, three views.
SAP & Oracle ERP integration — production orders, material issue, and GRN are synced bidirectionally with your ERP so both systems are always in agreement.
Configurable alert engine — threshold-based, anomaly-based, and schedule-based alerts delivered via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and Teams — routed to the right person by machine and shift.
Data historian integration — we connect to OSIsoft PI, Ignition Historian, and custom SCADA historians to pull legacy machine data into new analytics without disrupting current SCADA operation.

Built for manufacturing compliance

Every platform we build accounts for the regulatory and quality standards your customers, auditors, and industry bodies require.

ISO 9001:2015
Quality management workflows and audit trails compliant with ISO 9001 certification requirements.
ISA-95 / MES
Architecture aligned with ISA-95 / IEC 62264 Manufacturing Operations Management standards.
IATF 16949
Control plan digitisation, MSA records, and PPAP documentation for automotive supply chain compliance.
IIoT / OT Security
Network segmentation, OT/IT DMZ architecture, and IEC 62443 guidelines for secure industrial connectivity.
SAP Integration
Production orders, materials management, and GRN sync via SAP RFC/BAPI and REST APIs — bidirectional with change event handling.
OPC-UA / MQTT
Industry-standard protocols for reading machine data from PLCs, CNC controllers, and SCADA systems without hardware replacement.
Edge Computing
Local processing nodes at the plant level that buffer data, run anomaly detection, and ensure continuity during WAN outages.
Barcode & RFID
Integration with barcode scanners, RFID readers, and label printers for bin-level material tracking and WIP genealogy.
BI & Reporting
Data pipelines into Power BI, Tableau, or custom analytics dashboards with plant-level and corporate roll-up views.
Deployment Approach

From plant walk to
live production system

Manufacturing implementations require careful change management. Our phased approach minimises disruption to live production while delivering value from the first week.

01 — Assessment

Plant Audit

On-site visits to map your processes, existing equipment, data sources, and connectivity. We document the current state before designing the future state.

02 — Design

Solution Architecture

Data model, integration topology, screen designs reviewed with operators and plant managers — not just IT — before development begins.

03 — Pilot Line

Single-Line Rollout

Full deployment on one production line. Real data, real operators, real conditions. Issues are found and fixed on one line before rolling out to the rest of the plant.

04 — Plant Rollout

Full Deployment

Line-by-line rollout with dedicated on-site support during each cutover. Production is never stopped — transitions happen within planned shift windows.

05 — Optimise

Continuous Improvement

Monthly performance reviews using system data — identifying recurring downtime causes, quality escapes, and process bottlenecks for targeted improvement.

Client Outcomes

What manufacturers say
after going live

We used to discover machine breakdowns when the line stopped. Today our operators get a WhatsApp alert 48 hours before a predicted failure. In eight months since go-live, we've had zero unplanned downtime events on the lines covered by the system. That's unprecedented for us.
VK
Vikram Kulkarni
VP Operations, Metalcraft Industries
Our OEE went from 61% to 84% in six months — not because of new machines, but because we could finally see where we were losing time. The Pareto charts made it obvious which three downtime causes were causing 70% of losses. We fixed those. Simple, but we couldn't do it without the data.
SB
Suresh Babu
Plant Director, Packrite Plastics
The MES they built connects our Siemens PLCs, SAP, and our quality system — three things our IT team said would take three years to integrate. Nepras did it in nine months. Our production planners now work with real data instead of WhatsApp messages from the floor.

Manufacturing questions
we hear every week

Have a specific question? Talk to us directly →

Do you need to replace existing PLCs or SCADA systems? +
No. We connect to your existing equipment using industry-standard protocols — OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus, and BACnet. We've successfully integrated with Siemens S7, Fanuc CNC, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi PLCs without modifying the PLC programs or replacing hardware.
How do you handle connectivity issues on the plant floor? +
We deploy edge nodes at the plant level that operate independently of WAN connectivity. Data is buffered locally and synced when connectivity resumes — typically within seconds. Critical alerts can be delivered via SMS as a fallback to ensure operators are notified even if the main system is temporarily offline.
Can the system integrate with our existing SAP or Oracle ERP? +
Yes. We have established integration patterns for SAP ECC and S/4HANA using RFC/BAPI and OData APIs, and for Oracle EBS using REST and database-level integration. Production orders, material issues, GRN, and quality results are synced bidirectionally — no duplicate data entry between the MES and ERP.
How long does a typical manufacturing implementation take? +
A single-plant OEE monitoring deployment typically takes 8–12 weeks from kick-off to go-live on the first line. A full MES with ERP integration takes 4–6 months for a single plant. Multi-plant rollouts are planned as programmes — with each plant typically taking 6–10 weeks after the first plant is complete and the template is established.
Do you provide training for operators and plant managers? +
Yes. We include structured training for three user groups: shop floor operators (touchscreen interface, data entry, alert response), plant managers (dashboard interpretation, reporting, shift review), and system administrators (configuration, user management, alert setup). Training is done on-site during the go-live period and supplemented with video guides and a help portal.
