What we collect
- Details you send us. When you use a contact, quote or audit form, we receive what you enter: typically your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, website address, the service you are interested in, an approximate budget and your message, plus the page you sent it from.
- Conversations. If you email us, call us, message us on WhatsApp or use the chat window on the site, we keep that conversation so we can reply and follow up.
- Usage data. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics record how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, and how you arrived. This helps us understand which pages are useful.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote or audit, and run a project you have asked us to do.
- To keep records of our conversations and agreements.
- To understand and improve how the website performs.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (when you submit a form or message us), to take steps you have asked for before entering a contract, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving this website. This reflects India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, for visitors in the UK and EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the site and reply to you, such as our web host and email provider, Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), the provider of the website chat window, and WhatsApp if you contact us there. Some of these providers process data outside India, including in the United States. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
Cookies
Google Analytics and the chat window set cookies or similar storage to measure visits and keep a chat session open. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Records for client projects are kept for as long as needed for the work and for tax and legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email info@neprastechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords or other sensitive credentials through the forms.
