Code that's engineered
to perform — not
just to launch

We build fast, scalable, and secure web applications on modern stacks — React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python. Every line of code is written with performance, accessibility, and long-term maintainability as first principles.

What We Build

Full-spectrum web development capabilities

From lean marketing websites to complex enterprise platforms — we engineer every layer of the stack with precision and intent.

Custom Web Applications

Bespoke applications engineered around your exact workflows — dashboards, portals, booking systems, and internal tools that replace bloated off-the-shelf software.

Progressive Web Apps (PWA)

Offline-capable, installable apps that deliver near-native experiences in the browser. Ideal for service-sector businesses who need speed and reliability across all devices.

API Design & Integration

RESTful and GraphQL APIs built to be consumed by your frontends, third-party services, and mobile apps. Clean contracts, documented, versioned, and secured from the ground up.

Headless CMS Architecture

Decouple your content from your presentation layer. We implement Sanity, Contentful, and Strapi so your content team operates independently of the dev cycle.

Microservices & Serverless

Cloud-native architectures on AWS, GCP, and Azure. We design for scale — so when your traffic spikes, your infrastructure handles it without a call to the development team.

Performance Audits & Refactors

If your existing site is slow, insecure, or crumbling under scale — we diagnose the root causes and refactor systematically. Lighthouse 90+ guaranteed on every engagement.

The Nepras development cycle

A disciplined five-phase process that keeps delivery on time, on budget, and on spec — without sacrificing code quality.

01 — Discovery

Technical Audit

We analyse your existing systems, define technical requirements, and map integration points before any architecture decisions are made.

02 — Architecture

System Design

Database schema, API contracts, infrastructure topology, and security model — all agreed in writing before sprint planning begins.

03 — Build

Agile Sprints

Two-week sprints with working software demonstrated at every review. Code is peer-reviewed, tested, and merged into a clean main branch.

04 — QA & Security

Hardening

Automated test suites, penetration testing, OWASP checklist, and Lighthouse audits run before any release candidate is approved.

05 — Launch & Scale

Handoff

Zero-downtime deployment, runbook documentation, infrastructure-as-code hand-off, and a 90-day support window included as standard.

Why Nepras

What separates us
from the alternatives

We write clean, maintainable code

Every codebase we ship includes a well-structured README, inline documentation, and a component architecture your own team can extend without us. We don't create dependency — we create capability.

Security is designed in, not patched on

OWASP Top 10, input validation, rate limiting, RBAC, and secret management are architectural decisions, not checklist items added at the end. We treat security as a feature, not a formality.

Performance is a first-class requirement

Sub-second load times are non-negotiable on every project. We run Lighthouse audits at every sprint review — not just before launch — and we don't sign off on a release that scores below 90 on performance.

You get a working product at every milestone

No black-box development for months on end. We demo working software at the end of every sprint — so you can test, review, and redirect before we've built too far in the wrong direction.

From the engineers
and founders we've served

We brought Nepras in to rescue a project that was six months behind and technically broken. Within four sprints they stabilised the codebase, shipped the core features, and handed us a system our team could actually work with. That kind of intervention is rare.

CTO, LogiTrack India
The Lighthouse score went from 54 to 97 in three weeks. Page load dropped by 3.2 seconds. Our bounce rate fell 28% the month after launch. These aren't vanity metrics — they showed up directly in our lead volume. Completely worth the investment.

What I didn't expect was the level of documentation. Every API endpoint is documented. Every major architectural decision has a rationale written up in Notion. When we onboarded our own engineers four months later, the handover was seamless. That's rare in the agency world.

Questions we
hear most often

Something not answered here? Ask us directly →

What tech stack do you recommend for a new web application? +
It depends entirely on your use case, team, and growth trajectory. For most client-facing web apps, we recommend Next.js with TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js or Python (FastAPI) on the backend, and PostgreSQL for the database. For content-heavy sites, we often add a headless CMS like Sanity. We never recommend a technology because it's fashionable — only because it's the right fit for your specific problem.
Do you work with in-house development teams? +
Yes. We frequently engage as an extension of in-house teams — providing specialist skills in frontend architecture, performance engineering, or cloud infrastructure that the internal team doesn't have bandwidth for. We can work within your existing Git workflow, project management tools, and code review process.
How do you handle project changes mid-build? +
We use a lightweight change request process. Any change to agreed scope is assessed for time and budget impact, documented, and approved by you before work begins. We don't silently absorb scope creep and then present a surprise invoice — every decision is transparent and traceable.
Who owns the source code after delivery? +
You do. Completely. Upon final payment, all intellectual property — source code, database schemas, infrastructure-as-code, design assets — transfers to you. We don't use licensing models that require ongoing fees to keep your application running.
Can you take over a project started by another agency? +
Yes — it's something we're experienced in. We start with a thorough technical audit of the existing codebase, document what we find, and provide an honest assessment of the remediation effort before committing to anything. We won't sugarcoat technical debt, but we also won't exaggerate it to justify a higher quote.
What does post-launch support include? +
The included 30–90 day window (depending on package) covers bug fixes, dependency updates, minor performance improvements, and answering your team's technical questions. Ongoing development retainers — for new features, scaling work, or infrastructure management — are available separately and priced by the sprint.

Your application should be
your biggest competitive advantage.
